IN ORDER FOR EVERYONE TO ENJOY THE PROPERTY, PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE FOLLOWING RULES:
- No pets.
- All guests must register with HOA.
- Parking pass is $30.
- Please display your permit on your vehicle.
- Arm bands must be worn on the property at all times.
- Pool hours are from 8 am to 11 pm.
- No glass in pool area or deck area.
- All infants require swim wear diapers in the pools.
- Laundry facilities are located on the 2nd, 4th, 6th, and 8th floors.
- Trash chutes are located on each floor, just past the elevator. .
- HOA office hours are from 8 am to 5 pm Tuesday through Saturday. That phone # is 850-235-7704.
- Maintenance can be reached at 850-630-9902.
- Security can be reached at 850-381-5142.
- Local police for non–emergency calls 850-233-5000.
- If you have an emergency, please call 911.
- No smoking in unit. Smoking allowed in designated smoking areas only.
- No skateboards, no rental scooters or golf carts allowed on the property.
- Bikes must be stored in the bike racks.
